If I find an opponent that I deem honorable, I make sure to punctuate the end of our encounter by dodging randomly, auto attacking their corpse, and wasting my heal for good measure. (Didn't even bother to check if there was a key option for this in the settings.)The only key option that rarely is used (maybe by people doing RP) which I use is the one to "walk" instead of "run" (the normal movement speed).
