Taelac.7036 Posted April 10, 2020 Share Posted April 10, 2020 Three days is pretty average at the best of times, which these are not. It will depend a lot on what your ticket is about. Something like buying gems on the wrong account and asking to have them moved to the correct account takes little time, if you can sufficiently ID the transaction and the accounts. Something like account recovery takes longer. I'd give it another day, then if you still have no response, you can update your ticket (don't send a new ticket) politely requesting a status update. Not sure how the recent things going on in the world changed anything with that, but you should probably wait until Monday, as annoying as that is.
