Super Adventure Festival

Moto's world-renowned Super Adventure Box returns again when the Super Adventure Festival kicks off on April 14! Explore two worlds of excitement, peril, and educational entertainment to earn holographic weapons and a variety of loot. Travelers can visit the Adventure Box in Rata Sum—temporary portals have been placed in each major city to facilitate easy travel to the scenic hub of asuran culture!

• Festivities begin today and continue until May 12 at noon Pacific Time (UTC-7).
• Complete the festival's meta-achievement, (Annual) Super Adventure Box Nostalgia, to earn the reality-augmenting Virtual Box helmet! Last year's reward, the Mini Super Adventure Gourdon, is now available from the Super Adventure Box Trader.
• A new set of Glitched Adventure weapons has been added. Seek out strange glitches off the beaten path of each level to add a bonus chest to the level's rewards for a chance to claim these unusual weapons, or buy them at a high price in Bauble Bubbles from the Super Adventure Box Weaponsmith. Tidy up the glitches in each level to earn new achievements and unlock the Mini Super Choya Miner at the Super Adventure Box Trader!
• An Adventure course has been added to the race in the Super Adventure Box hub. Collect all the coins and compete for the fastest time!
• A new festival invitation, the Invitation to the Super Adventure Festival, will be included in the festival announcement mail for easy travel directly to the Adventure Box. If you misplace your invitation, it can be repurchased from Sarettokk in Lion's Arch.
• The Super Adventure Box Weekly Trader's inventory will be updated with a limited quantity of amalgamated gemstones each week during the festival.
• New Super Adventure Box-themed guild decorations have been added! Revitalize your guild hall with select scenery from the Dark Woods!

General

• Daze: Removed incorrect text from the tooltip that indicated this effect stacks duration.
• Stun: Removed incorrect text from the tooltip that indicated this effect stacks duration.

Engineer

• Reactive Lenses: Corrected the text description of this trait to reflect that Lesser Utility Goggles is granting resistance and not fury.
• Gadgeteer: Corrected the text description of the overcharged Utility Goggles to reflect that they are granting resistance and not fury.
• Purity of Purpose: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from affecting taunt.

Ranger

• Signet of the Hunt: This skill has been updated to use the new Unblockable effect. It now applies 10 stacks of unblockable for 6 seconds to the ranger and pet as its active effect.

Thief

• Steal: Fixed a bug that could leave stolen items with 0 ammo in the F2 slot.
• Deadeye: Equipping this specialization will now remove any currently active stolen items.

World vs. World

Desert Borderlands

• Fixed a bug in which merged soulbeasts would lose access to their weapon skills after using certain launchpads.

New Items and Promotions

• The new Super Outlaw Raptor mount skin is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 1,600 gems.
• For a limited time, the Super Adventure Pack is available in the Utility category of the Gem Store for 600 gems.
• For a limited time, the Super Cloud Glider is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 500 gems.
• For a limited time, the Mini Super Trio and Mini Super Trio—World 2 are on sale in the Style category of the Gem Store for 420 gems each, a savings of 20%.
• For a limited time, a free Super Adventure Box o' Fun (limit 1) is available in the Toys category of the Gem Store.

Black Lion Chest

• The Black Lion Chest has been updated to the Vermilion Spring Chest and can be previewed for a full list of its contents.
  • The new Fine Black Lion Dye Canister—Red has been added as the guaranteed item for the duration of this chest.
  • The new Vermilion Tail Feather torch skin is available as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The new Super Outlaw Raptor mount skin is available as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The Dreamwalker Wings Backpack and Glider Combo returns as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The Keepsake and Chaos weapon collections are available as uncommon and rare drops respectively for the duration of this chest.
  • Unused versions of the Glyph of Bounty and the Glyph of the Scavenger are available as rare drops for the duration of this chest.
• The items available in exchange for Black Lion Statuettes have been updated. Black Lion Statuettes are redeemable by using the statuette itself or by redeeming one at any of the Black Lion Chest Merchants located in every major city.
  • A new selection of glider skins has been added, including the Exalted Glider, Timekeeper Glider, Geomancer Glider, and Electromagnetic-Descender Glider, among others.
  • The exclusive Starlight Wings Backpack Combo Glider, Starborn Outfit, Elemental Sword, and the Mini Exo-Suit Mounts Pack are currently available.
  • The bonus collection has been updated to Rox's Pathfinder Outfit, Rox's Quiver Set, Rox's Short Bow Skin, and the Set of 3 Gather-r-Tron Tools.

Improvements and Updates

• The Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock has been updated to include content released through December 2019.

• Fixed an issue in which the Black Lion Chest incorrectly rewarded the normal Endless Mystery Tonic rather than the tradable Unopened Endless Mystery Tonic.
