Move from NA to EU

Hello,i bought the game back in the end of 2012, i played for a while until a thunderstorm exploded all the electrical stuff in my home. Now i logged in again because a friend started to play but i'm on NA and he is in a EU server. Is possible to have a free transfer ? Btw, I don't even know why i'm on a NA server since i'm in italy.

You can delete all your characters and then transfer to an EU World at no cost.You will keep everything that is account-bound; bank, Gold, achievements, etc.You will lose anything soul-bound.
You will lose all Birthday and Anniversary progress.

I can move if i buy the standard expansion or i have to buy the gemstone anyway?I don't want to lose my old necro :'(

If you are currently F2P and buy the expansion you get a free transfer, if you already own a paid version you do not get a free transfer when you buy PoF.

Cheapest transfer target cost 500 gems, you only need to choose your friends world if you want to play WvW together, for PvE and PvP the world is irrelevant.

You can also keep your old account in NA and make a new in EU and buy PoF for the new account. Only thing you need for that is a new email.

for PvE and PvP the world is irrelevant.But i cant see him, i see only the dot on the minimap.Dungeons don't works too, it say "network error".

Every map can have several instances. (Independent of the world, but you need to be both NA or both EU, it doesn’t work between NA one and EU the other)

Party him, right-Click his picture and choose transfer to his map

Dungeon should work when you are both on the same map-instance as well
