Hair styles ?

OK so way back I bought a dreads hairstyle for my characters But I don't see it in the hair choices when I make a character. Where would I find it?

Dont think you ever could buy single hairstyles, I do recall norn female having something close to it tho.

There is no way to unlock additional hairstyles for character creation. The additional hairstyles can be selected when using the Self-Style Hair Kit

In this game you don't purchase hair styles as permanent additions to your account. The only option to get something which is not part of the default selection in the character creator is to use a self-styled hair kit (or total makeover kit) to change the hairstyle on one character, but that will only affect that one character and if you want to make any other changes (including going back to the style you had) you'll have to use another kit to change it again.

Also bear in mind that hairstyles different by race and gender, both in the character creator and the expanded selection offered by the self-style hair kit, so styles you see on one character may not be available for others.

OK, so this was for my Azura male character. In fact, I have not seen anyone else with it. Maybe it's a headpiece. He has long dreads with a brown and black headband.

If so it's one of the exclusive styles available by using a Self-Style Hair Kit. As explained above you won't find it in the character creator, if you want it on another character you'll have to use another hair kit to get it.

Thank you so much. That is it but the dreads are black with some brown highlights and the headband is brown and black. I was hoping it was account-wide. Is it in all style kits or its random? It was a long time ago when I got it.

There's only one type of style kit and they aren't random. Using one gives you a menu just like the hair style section of the character creator but with more styles and colours and then you choose which ones you want. The kit won't be used up until you confirm the changes, so you can play around with different options to find something you like.
