All I got in return was an email saying that I would be provided details on my purchase soon, but nothing came. I tried opening a support ticket, but again, not even a response. A friend of mines bought the expansions just a few hours after me and received his upgrade just fine. I know the payment went through, so is there a reason I gave Arena net my cash for nothing?
