Can't submit a support ticket.

I sign in, I go to SUPPORT, I hit Submit Ticket, it asks me to sign in, it goes back to members page, I click on SUPPORT, I click on Submit Ticket, it asks me to sign in, I sign in, it goes back to members page, and on and on...

... if there's anyone in Support reading this, all I need to do is change the acronym of my guild from "TotO" (capital o at the end) to "Toto" (lower case o at the end). The guild leader is my character "Daughter Of Ptolemy".

You can use the 'anonymous' feature to submit a ticket.
You can also ask the CS Team to fix your log-in issue.

No, the CS Team doesn't follow the forums, really.
Did you think they would? They have given players a way to contact them; they don't discuss account matters in public.
