I read that after the 7th day without an answer your ticket is no longer valid, although I have been updating it every 2 weeks as someone recommended me. Updating a ticket re-opens it, should it have been inadvertently closed.Due to high volume, response times are slower than usual, as noted in the Sticky above. I wrote a response telling them that I still need help because they basically didn't help me in anything but am wondering if it will take another 7 days to get a response. It's like back @ launch things go bogged down with the increase of game activity. Even if a ticket is invalidated it doesn't mean anything more than a need to submit another ticket regarding the problem later. It tells me that to access to HoT content I should buy PoF, which I already have.
