Once meta is complete and the timer to kill the bosses and loot the caches runs down, nothing happens and the map just never resets. Haven't been able to find a fresh map since I completed meta first time.

Did you finish the episode? Mine didn't reset until I had completed all the story parts, and I think that makes sense based on the story, but I don't know if that's intentional or not.
