chak blitzer not spawning

I'm trying to complete the Chak hunter achievment in Tangled Depths.The only one left I need is the Shielded Chak Blitzer. Multiple sites say that it spawns after the Scar lane event chain, one where you help out the scar outpost collect scrap, build a tank and escort it.Ive done the chain multiple times and the chak never shows up. Ive checked in other places around the map and I cant find it anywhere.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

It has a link for every boss except the one you need, though it does list it. Fortunately, I know this event and you're on the right track! Once the SCAR event chain is completed there will be a few different events that occur, but not at the same time and not immediately. They are the Elizia Skysight escort which leads to a champion chak lobber, the Shrael Backstab escort which leads to the champion chak crown, and the event that you need where an army of chak rush out of the caves below the camp and attack. The boss you need comes toward the end of this event.

All you have to do is hang out near SCAR camp after the events are done and don't follow Elizia Skysight or Shrael backstab.
