Build Template Crashes

Hi,

It looks like one of my build templates is bugged and not sure how to fix it.Problem: Every time I try to do anything with the build template, the game crashes.

1. I couldn't swap the places of the specializations.
2. I couldn't change the traits.
3. Changing the name of the templates doesn't help.
4. Restarting the game client doesn't help.

Anyone have this issue?

I do, just today I tried to change my build from open world to raid build, but everytime I tried to do so, my game crashes. I tried switching them but nothing happens. Mine is the build template tab 1 and so far on my revenant only.

i have open a ticket for this it happen only on one of my character (revenant) on the Build Tamplate 1 Tab, when ever a switch passive the game EXE crashing, all other characters have no issue...

That’s actually the profession I’m having issues with.

I'm having the same problem @junjun.9826 and @nothing.7948 . I followed all the troubleshooting on the Issues in the knowledge section but still crashes. Only on revenant no other characters have issues. I too opened a ticket.

I seem to have solved the issue with my revenant to be able to change traits in the build. The utility skills are causing the issues. Specifically, if there is the same utility skill in either slots 7, 8, and 9. I've been able to change the traits when the utility skills in each slot is different. Hope that helps.
