Title : Tournament Test Subject estimated time of delivery ?

I participated in the 2nd day of the EU swiss tournament tests, but I wasn't able to finish after my first match due to bugs (stuck in waiting queue for 45 minutes before the queue just disapeared). I know I'm not the only who has not received its title yet (Tournament Test Subject). Ben Phongluangtham, do you have an estimated time of delivery for these ? That would be great just to ensure we have not been forgotten :)

    I haven't received either nor anyone else that joined (and I know). Just sent my second support ticket about this and I hope its not again 20 replies with autoreply... Via forums I also found no luck as of yet.

    Yes, I still haven't received it too. My only question to support was answered by the fact that they do not deal with this stuff. I don't know what Anet log retention policy is, I hope we will get them soon ! Ben posted a comment on one of the test tournament thread saying a few months back that he didn't receive it either, and that it will be done, but still nothing ^^

    Today I have gotten this reply regarding the delivery of Swiss Test titles from support (pvp support team seems to be doing their work well, no autoreply and they actually read and replied my ticket):

    "In regards to your request, we have no information on when these titles will be distributed and we are unable to provide the title ourselves. We understand it is frustrating but we do not have an ETA when these titles will be distributed. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and of course if you have any questions for us please let us know. "
