'Serious Error' prevents the program from continuing to run

So my game worked fine when I stopped playing approximately 12 hours ago, but now, every time I attempt to play I receive an error. I can log in without issue. I get the character screen and the game starts to load into Crystal Oasis and then I just get a Gw2-64.exe error.

The 2 things I've tried so far are: I first tried the changing the shortcut to do a '-repair' and then I deleted the cache folder that can be found in the %temp% folder.

My system is running Windows 10 x64, 32GB RAM, EVGA 2080 Super, Ryzen 7 2700X.

I copied the 'Show details' section, but I'm not sure if I should just post it in the body of this or if there is a preferred method to use.

My next idea is to uninstall the game and re-install and download it from scratch if I can't figure out a better solution. Before I go that route, I thought someone else might have a solution that would possibly work.

Did you install a recent Win10 update?You could try rolling that back.

nope. I was forced to update Win10 to version 1903 on 4/10/2020 when I got the 2080 Super since it required it, but I have not updated the OS since that day.

The current Windows 10 version is 1909, though...

Plus, there has been a really bad update mid April: KB4549951. Remove that under all circumstances as it leads to fatal data corruption (including game files).

I don't know much about reading the error reports; it says it's an Out Of Memory error. Why does it state you have zero VidMem? Is that video memory?
Tried re-seating your video card?

After reseating the graphics card (no idea why it said out of memory), and obviously a hard shut down and restart (twice), it now works.
