[BUG] Cursed Shore risen broodmother event does not progress past pre collection event.

Its basically as the title suggests, Cursed Shore risen broodmother event does not progress past pre collection event. I've tried at reset, tried after the recent patches and still no changes.

I can only get as far as the collection event with the risen fish glans and then after that nothing..

I check regulary when I'm on for a few hours everyday. This has been going on for about 2 months. I have messaged Dev's in game and put support tickets in. I feel pretty frustrated and am fed up it doesn't look like I can finish the collection at this rate.
