Why Won't the dye colour changes save?

Hi all,I'm trying to dye my gloves brown, but when I change the colour and click save, the dye changes won't save. It shows up as brown, but when I switch tabs then back to the dye tab, its back to its previous colour. I can dye it to any other colour fine, but just not the same colour as the rest of my armour.I'm not having this issue on my other pieces, just my gloves for some reason.Does anyone know what's going on?Thanks.

What happens if you dye it, click save, wait a while (or log out and back in) and then check?

I sometimes have that problem. The change does save but the model displayed in the hero menu (and sometimes the actual character) doesn't update right away and keeps showing the old colours. If I wait it does eventually update, but sometimes its quicker to log out and back in because that forces the game to update the model.

Its the same if i try logging out. It looks like the dye colour I was trying to use was some default dye colour for my character, but it doesn't seem like it unlocked, even though all the armour automatically dye to that colour by default.
