We already have shortcuts for swaping pet from aggresive/passive which functions as a better Return to me button.
What about they remove the Return to Me and instead we have access to a second skill from the pet. So we have F2 and F3 as actives as such easier to balance than an AI attack.

yep, from my point of view pet's AI should only Autoattack. Any other effects should be player controlled, so there is no justification for the feeling of 'I was killed by the AI not the player'.

The autoattack damage is already alright.

No thank you. I use F3 to keep my pet from engaging things I don't want them to. Or, to tag one target in a mob and bring it to me so that I can deal with one target at a time.
