I hopped on RA 4 weeks ago and have since full cleared w1-4 on a weekly basis and gotten experience in w5-7. Not to mention, im playing Oce timings. The EU raiding scene has far more active pug groups in the ingame LFG tool yes, but NA scene seems to have just migrated to RA completeley. You can easily clear every raid in one sitting on ra. Of course the newbie runs far outnumber true kill squads but that's ok. In time newbies will ascend.
