Is it at all possible for PvP matches to not remove utility effects?

Not that I want the buff in the match at all, I just kind of end up getting tired either A) playing on a different character that is a "PvP Mule" or B) spending a lot of mats to rebuff my main character I like playing on when going from PvE to PvP vice versa aserv eciv

I never cared about it when using normal 30 minute duration foods tbh.

But then the use of primers with ascended food having their durations burnt out and wasted, made me think that primer/food/utility durations need to freeze while in the pvp zone. Magic Find, Karma, BDay Boost, all of that can burn duration as normal. But stat oriented buffs need to freeze while in hearts of the mist.
