Signets of Suffering Trait not working

Signets of Suffering is only reducing the cooldown while in shroud but is not giving any bonus to any signet.

Please fix this.

i think it only works in shroud. my bad. but then it should give the bonus while not in shroud instead. it doesn't make sense the way its done. if i can't use them during shroud and if i use them before they will be on cooldown so i wont be using the passive. So we can never use this trait to its full.

That is not how Signets of Suffering works. The key point is that if you have Signets of Suffering selected then you will always have the passive effect of your signets in shroud even if they were cooldown before entering. That allows you to do things like using Signet of Vampirism before entering shroud which will allow you to stack the active and passive effects.
