Constant crash while playing

Hi again, recently I changed my platform and had to download and install the game again been playing again since last saturnday and no problem until today... the game is constantly crashing while playing I tried this and didnt work https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/201863008-Repairing-the-Game-Client , right now I'm downloading and installing again on another folder(first i tried on windows 86x paste) the 'default' paste on ''Program Files''. Lets see how it goes later, is anyone else having the same issue than me? if so please let me know.

Reinstalled and the game look fine, my question now is can i delete those files or do i need to open one ticket on support and ask? imagebam.com/image/20e4ca1353421370

Guild Wars 2 doesn't always play nice in Program Files.You need the .dat file, the application file, and the bin64 folder. I'm not sure you need any of the others, or they are created each time you play (certain .tmp files).

What platform did you switch to? Crashing can be caused by your internet connection quality also. GW2 can be moved to a folder of its own. Preferably on a different partition than the OS. You just need to update or create a new shortcut.
