ICD's shouldn't exist on traits, skill stacking needs to go, too many traits are boooooooring and many are never taken, etc. While it's not complete by any means, I am a particular fan of the addition of a new stat to the game as well as a rework to some things such as resistance. Would be excellent if even a few of these would make it into the game. What do you guys think?

So many traits would need to change, as an example ele's blind on burn would become broken beyond all bounds, How would the under 50% traits function? Most of the traits would have to be removed and new ones made to fit a no cooldown trait system.Are some of the cooldowns too high on some traits? Yes. Do some need to be reworked in their current state? Yes.But would the game benefit by having no cooldowns on traits? All honesty? Probably not. If a trait has a cooldown you need to think about what you're doing rather than spam those skills hoping the trait kicks in.

Cooldowns are a needed thing for PvP combat, but they need to be fair and balanced. Currently they are not, so really that needs to be addressed than redesigning them into a spammers wet dream.

Agree to disagree. What you do is create traits that have specific conditions that must be met to apply it's effect. That way it is not spammable and the game FEELS fun AND skillful.

I feel the exact opposite OP. There should be more ICDs. For example instead of gutting mirage they should've put an ICD on sharper images. Flashbang should have an ICD. Once you nerf traits enough you should start focusing on buffs to weapons and utilities that benefit a class as a whole to make all versions of it varying degrees of viable with especs being a flavorful sidegrade.
