Can we get some confirmation from a mod on whether or not this was our quarterly balance patch or if one is still coming? We had no advance notice of one so I'm skeptical this is it, but some clarity would be nice.

Just make more problems for sure.What they have been doing is creating a solution instead of solving a problem, but that solution in almost all cases comes with other problems, and so it stays in that infinite loop.My statement is based on the Balance Patch of the last few years, until going back on the solutions happened (Chrono and Scourge)
