We'll need to craft all the weapons and use the legendary gifts you got from them to make it. If you used the gifts for other weapons, you'll have to make them again. uberkingkong.8041 Posted October 17, 2020 Share Posted October 17, 2020 Should be you need to win a Monthly Tournament, you need to get that WvW thing, and you need to beat the Raids.Legendary is suppose to be something only few have.Not like the legendary backpiece, everybody and there mother has it.It isn't special if anyone and their mother are running around with it.
