I do think they are progressing the fantasy-tech a lot going forward and moving even further away from the classic fantasy it started as in GW1. Do keep in my the camera perspectives prob make it look more than it is, but the technology overcoming adversity theme is something GW2 is built on. This time the focus is clearly on the jade-dragon tech.
