Why is Burnbrand bad for zerg play?

My commander informed me that my burn oriented firebrand is really bad for the Zerg and ends up benefiting the enemy more than helps my team. I didn’t really get into why because I had to log off but I’d like to know why it is considered a bad build. He mentioned something about handing them free aegis every time I hit them with a burn stack. So why is burnbrand so bad?

Edit: I think I figured it out. It’s because of Engie Purity of Purpose. And every organized Zerg runs several engineers for that.

"Several engineers" is a severe understatement for most zergs. Fact is condi is nearly useless against a zerg. There is one aspect that's... well, "usable"... and that's as a single/small target flanker. At the end of the day, you as a firebrand is more useful in the zerg itself on minstrel support. Commanders will literally not care how kitten you are at support firebrand - they just want firebrands. There are others that can do the flanking - thieves, rangers, other roamers.
