Crecia appears next to Bangar, but she doesn’t say anything. I talk to Bangar, and he says something like “Just because I can speak, doesn’t mean I’ll tell you everything at once.” Then, when you click to close the dialog, he goes “Grrr”, and then Crecia doesn’t say a thing. Thought it was some smaller bug, so I switched between maps, but it's still the same, nothing happens except that dialogue and no progress for the achievement.
