Don't think the minis for halloween exist all year round. There's nothing in Skritt corner that sells them certainly. The Halloween vendor there only has a couple of bits to buy

Yeah, the Halloween vendor that's their all year round only sells cobs for candy corn I think.

The main Halloween vendors are only present during when Halloween is running. It's annoying, as I have a mountain of those Halloween parts and forgot to convert them before Halloween ended. Got to wait a year now I think.
