anonymous support ticket

The email associated with my main account has been closed. I submitted an anonymous ticket for help, but how do you check the status of it? If they respond to the email address it just goes nowhere. I can't log in to that account at anet because it also wants an authenticator which i was using the winauth one that no longer works. I do have 2 other GW2 accounts and gave them those emails in the support ticket

    The support form asks for a contact email address, which is how they respond. If you entered an invalid email, you'll need to redo it. You should receive an automated response to confirm the ticket.
