Jumping puzzles aren't marked on the map, they're designed to be hidden so you don't know they're there until you find the start. (Or if you're anything like me until you're part of the way through.)
If you want to find out where a specific puzzle is you can look it up on the Wiki.
Or you can run an add-on like Taco (I use Tekkit's guides, inside Taco for JPs.) It won't show you where they are on the world map, but it will show you on the map in which you are situated. You just look for the JP path.
You can also track most of the core Tyria jumping puzzles through an Acheivement in your hero panel. It doesn't tell you exactly where on a map a JP is, but it gives a hint as to the map: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Jumping_Puzzles
