The other is the primary US server. You don't need to keep the file, just verify that it's the expected size. If you want to be extra sure, open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and enter (substitute your own path if it's not Downloads/930184):CertUtil -hashfile "Downloads/930184" MD5The hash is: f8ad1c87cd0848d47f193c62d272c6efUnfortunately, since it didn't affect your browser, it's not a specific block, so it's a piece of software that is monitoring your traffic, which GW2 is especially susceptible to when done improperly. What exactly it is you'll have to figure out (disable any anti-virus/firewall/security or network/management/monitoring related software), or worst case, re-install Windows. Your last simple option is using Gw2Launcher mentioned previously to serve as the patch server, which will allow you to do this same test directly with GW2. You should stick to it and try to figure this out with the support's help.

Healix.5819
@GrimReaper.3865 said:then i use -log -clientport 80then i got this error on spoiler , but the download now continue im still need to download remaining 400.000 files wish me luck i dont know what the heck happen that i do that start the download again-clientport doesn't apply to the launcher; it'll always use port 80.The error is from a proxy server / gateway. If it's not something you're in control of, using a VPN should have avoided it. Ensure GW2 was actually downloading through the VPN.
