So how i get these volcanic stormcaller weapons? Wiki says that box can drop from "Bronze Rank Chest" at end of Dragon Response Missions. I still haven't got any.

Honestly I think they're a way to test a reintroduction of scaling 5 man instanced content with difficulty settings.Fractals are gated by AR, these don't have remotely such a gating (as thoroughly evidenced by people auto attacking at range and doing nothing else in the public versions).

In addition, they're a way to introduce yet another new currency.

What do people think of the idea that, like Strike Missions, they'll wait until almost all the DRMs are in the game and then add the "real" rewards?

You can easy buy if from trading post. The drop rate is rare, so you can finish it 50 times and get 0. I get 1 box from 100+ runs from 4 acc.

ridiculous is when groups are asking for LI for this type of content. :lol:

I can understand that if you want to get through cms smoothly, I usualy do it with 3 other friends so we only get 1 pug.No need to ask for li then.
