[Suggestion] Icerazor's Ire Fix

Add an ice combo field around the summon for elegant and name-worthy change to the skill.
Now you have viable, player skill involved and non broken way to bring Icerazor's Ire to the condi front and do so in style.
With whirl & projectile finishers on non condi weapons, you can widen the potential for hybrid builds using abyssal chill, as well as pump some ice auras with your blast finishers.
Not to mention reapers would love you and you would love them back since you both need ice field and now both could provide them eachother

The reaper's in your party will thank you.
I'm in favour of this - I posted a short while ago on the old forums that all spirits could be given appropriate combo fields, and that icerazor could be given 20% projectile finishers on its attacks as well to give it some condition damage in its own right.
