Error while trying to buy gems

Hello,

I also made a ticket about the error but i'm afraid it won't get resolved before the sale ends :( I tried to pay via PayPal and directly via card, but nothing works... i always get:

"Unfortunately an erro has occured. Please try again later!"

can someone help please?

Yeah I have been getting this issue as well for the last 48 hours.. be nice if they extend the sale since we can not make any purchases...

You can update your ticket (don't create a new one), and explain that you want to purchase X item at discount. The CS Team often honors the sale afterward for that particular item(s).

Be careful not too try too often or you might end up with more purchases than you had planned.
