[Windows 10] Game freezes on /wiki

Hello EveryoneI just format my pc and installed gw2 again but for some reason this time whenever i use /wiki command the game just froze. I can alt-tab but if i get to the game again all windows session just dies and i have to sign out.

Things i performed to try to solve this:-Repair game with -repair-Uninstall nvidia experience (overlay does crazy stuff)

• Turn off antivirus
• Change Default browser
• Change maps inside gw2

Things i have different to my previous install:-Installed a new disk, its a m2-Bios was updated to recognize disk.

Any idea or troubleshoot i could perform? everything else works but command its not opening any browser and i think that kills the game.

Is the game installed in 'Program Files'? If so, move it out of there.

Sounds like there might be some drivers missing. You said you re-installed Windows - did you download and install the latest drivers for your motherboard (not just BIOS)?

Also, even after a fresh install, there might be corrupt system files. Try this as well, just in case.
