so recently i've seen some duos, having one teammate leaving on every single lost match.some ran double minion scourge, etc. basically most easy builds. or even wintradingi also think it's very doable right now with how cheap the accounts are. basicaly everyone has double account at this point.

well if they are duo's and 1 leaves they both lose points

I don't like DuoQ either, but they fixed DuoQs dcing and their partner not getting any penalty a long time ago.

If their partner dc's they both lose rating.

Wintrading is also very unnecessary these days because there's no point when you can DuoQ for free and win nearly every game that way.
