Help getting skyscale saddle ingredients

I have been trying to get the skyscale for quite some time. Now I'm stuck on the saddle ingredients because I don't have the right currencies. Google isn't helping much. Seems like I have to have a ton of special places unlocked but I thought the path of fire was the only story requirement for getting the skyscale? Can anyone give me any information or clarity?

To get the skyscale you need Season 4 of the living story unlocked (which also requires Path of Fire). The special currencies you need are the map currencies for each of the Season 4 maps. There are ways to get them without going to those maps, but you still need the episodes unlocked because the vendors for the saddle items are in the maps.
