Game bought didnt recieve anything at all.

I bought the game yesterday normally I get an email straight away, I didnt get anything at all on any of my email accounts, the money was deducted from my account yet the expansion is not active in my GW2 account, should I just ask for my money back?

    Only if you don't want the game. If you do want the game you should contact support. The thing is, stopping payment or getting a refund on the game will cause all sorts of problems for your main account and you'll have to deal with customer service anyway.

  • You should receive the automated response almost immediately. Further replies, and resolution of your issue may take up to two weeks (due to the current high volume), though it may be much quicker.
