I had previewed the Shimmering Skyscale skin before clicking okay (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shimmerwing_Skyscale_Skin) and thought it was highlighted but for some reason I ended up getting the Dreadnought Raptor which was not what I choose. Not sure if it was a highlighting error or game bug or what but its not what I purchased. :( All the items I choose were correct except that one. Its a waste of my gems considering I dont even want the raptor skin. i purchased the pack directly for the shimmering skyscale skin. The rest of the stuff is just a bonus for me that came with it. Thus reiterates my issue with there being a bug with it and I would like it either exchanged or refunded so i can get the correct item that I purchased please . Linken.6345 Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 You picked the wrong item, if you can get anet to roll your account back before you picked any to be able to pick another would you chose that option?Thats the only thing they can do you would lose anything you got bettwen when you and they agree to do it all the way back to when you used the license.
