Ravyn Stryke.4283 Posted April 1, 2021 Share Posted April 1, 2021 I have been trying to submit a fix it ticket but it keeps asking me to log in.. even though I am already logged in.. I have logged in and out several times.. and even run a virus scan ( just in case) I can see my account information and all just cant submit the fix it ticket. Please Help! Please Help!Yes, it has been buggy for weeks! You end up on the account page (the one used to buy from the Store and manage account security etc) instead of the Support Page.Very annoying.
