Ley-Energy Matter Converter possibly bugged

I'm fairly certain the Ley-Energy Matter Converter has not dropped the Bag of Educational Supplies or Bag of Educational Supplies in over a month. You used to see one or the other at least once every 10 or so days, maybe both, maybe back to back or on the same day on multiple tabs. They have not shown up since at least mid February, possible further back.

Where these removed, or is there something wrong with the rotation, or what?

I think it's just RNG. I saw one (Bag of Educational Supplies) offered not that long ago, but haven't seen Box of WvW Supplies in some time.

I got 1 box the other day, me I noticed that since the last festival I have not seen the 3 boxes at the Guild Trader and only once during the festival. I remember since I had to choose between the 3 envelopes or the boxes.

Just to update this, I got a box of WvW Supplies last week.
