    Hm before I saw people using them on sbreakers and scourge, but I myself haven't tried, nor with this new change. Maybe I will test it out. I actually have uses for this on some builds.

    Same effect as before. 6 sec of alacrity on 10 sec cd was about -2sec.
    The difference now is instant -2 sec reduction vs 2 sec reduction over 6 sec.
    If anything its better now imho, since if a skill is at 2sec cd it will go off cd immediately on proc, instead of after a second + something.

    Assuming the speed on cooldown reduction is the same, this is much better because it is an instant effect. Also since Alacrity is now a boon, you don't have to worry about it being removed/corrupted. Only difference is that since you are not getting alacrity you cannot extend the duration.

    I used it before to help reduce cooldowns of tomes but will probably swap it out now since alacrity is a boon.

    1 second on weapon swap with a 9s icd would've been a better move, but this still makes it more powerful as it can now stack with the benefits of mesmer & rev support.

    The only way in which it's worse now is when you kill an enemy, then use another skill. Before, you would get some recharge reduction on everything you cast for ~5 seconds after killing a foe.

    It's better in every other circumstance, though. Nice thing is, this doesn't get counteracted by Chill.

    Plague Signet is the only skill in the game that is worse when traited.
