Follow-up tickets where?

When a follow-up to a ticket that has been closed without being resolved (or even without being responded to) is filed, does it go to the back of the queue or some other position? Asking because waiting 38 days for my issue being acknowledged is a bit souring, to say the least.

    Follow up ticket as you put in a second ticket asking for progress on the first?
    If its a second ticket then you should get bumped back since your doing it wrong mate just reply to the email of your first ticket.

  • A follow-up ticket as in responding to the automatic confirmation email of the first ticket.

  • It re-opens the ticket, and sends it back to the Team that handles those issues.
