Mouse Stutter

Good Day Everybody,

Since returning to the game last month, I've been experiencing intermittent mouse stuttering. My mouse freezes for approx 1 second sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row, sometimes just once for a couple minutes then does it again. I have kept my game options open so I can observe my ping (~114) while this occurs and there is no spike in ping that I can see during mouse stutters. This only occurs in game. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix?
