I'm just thinking around a bit and didn't test it but with the SC Scepter Tempest build you could change to sage from berserker and take imbued melodies and latent stamina as tempest traits. Then you would have to shuffle around some more to critcap and boonduration cap but in the end you could have something like this:
-probably 25 might (10man)
-prot (5man, extra strong)
-vigor (5man, not 100% uptime)
-regen (5 man, very low heal though)
-static charge from the air overload
and this is while doing most likely around 20-25k on golem.
Viable != Optimal
Not viable = You only get carried, 10 players with a build as "viable as yours" can't properly do it.
