berserk doesnt proc building momentum

It does in PvE and in WvW. Haven't tested it in PvP.I got endurance every time I entered Berserk and hit something with it.

This is exactly the caveat. Berserk won't proc traits like Building Momentum, Adrenal Health, and Berserker's Power if the activation damage does not hit a single enemy.

It is burst skill like any other. When you miss a burst skill, you will not get trait bonuses.I don't see an issue with that. But I see an issue where you are not able to get those bonuses when outside of Berserk.
