Right now zerker is doing that much in

1/3

of a hit of Arc Divider at up to

2.5x

the range with under

half

the cooldown. They can make it unblockable with quickness, and it's direct damage. It can't be cleansed or converted or resisted.

Play rev and you can heal yourself in one go.

Some skills actually bypass the herald damage converted to heal. Happens more when fighting Holos/scrappers and so far only 1 time an arc slice trough healing activation.

Against engi elites happens a lot.
