Problem is that i need nearby allies to heal due to low health pool without vitality.

giver stats... no. minstrel is best, you can mix and match other weaker ones, or go full nomad if you can't afford minstrel. the extra boon duration isn't as important as staying alive; if a parties guard goes down that likelihood of that party dying goes way up. grabbing force of will over altruistic healing could be a consideration, AH is nice for sustain but if you can't survive the burst in the first place... but hey if you can and the build works (what I mean by works is that you survive 90% of pushes) then keep on doin your thang.
