This must be the single worst experience I have ever had with any customer service.I will just assume my account is lost since support does not seem to care about who the actual owner is.Peace out guys, hope you guys have better luck with this company. The waiting time is not abnormal, unfortunately.I still think you WILL get a reply of Support and -if you can prove ownership of your account- get your account back. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted June 8, 2019 Share Posted June 8, 2019 Did you secure the email account that was originally associated with your game account?If not, the CS Team may be responding to that email, and the 'hacker' is usurping said responses.Or, since there is high volume of tickets at this time, it's just a matter of your ticket(s) making it through the queue.
