Tama.8346 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 Hi all! My guild tab wont work. i can click on it and press g, and it will depress like its been pressed. but... nothing happens... If i log out of my acount and log in with my husbands on the same pc, i can access it. but not mine. heres the issue... i am the only one with the highest rank in the guild. only i can start guild missions, decorate, control ranks etc. i REALLY need to access this. it has been a week now. i put in a ticket to arenanet 4 days ago and have heard nothing. i am getting really annoyed with this. anyone have any suggestions please? Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 Make sure you are not (accidentally) in Invisible mode.You can try clearing the GW2 cache and/or a -repair of the client. Ellegon Mcleod.5931 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 Ask someone in the Guild how you are reflected in the Guild tab when you logged in - ie does it show you there and active of offline or just missing. Also can friends see you? Might give you some additional info that might help. It is a weird one as think you get the guild screen even if not in any guild. Because if you can have everything be normal on another computer then it isn't guild wars...it's your computer.Is an alt key locked down? One of the side buttons pressed? Tama.8346 Posted June 11, 2019 Author Share Posted June 11, 2019 i should mention that i have 4000+ game hours. i am by no means a noob. i have tried everything i can think of. its so frustrating at this point. my guild cant do missions, or upgrade the hall. i cant work with ranks etc. if only there was a way to move peoples ranks without using the guild tab grri also just had a friend in another country log in as me. and he cant get the guild tab to work either. so its definatly my account issue, not my game issue. if that makes sence.
