Aegon.7394 Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 Welcome to this guide, you will learn in simple steps what to do in case of finding an issue when trying to buy gems in-game form BLTC:Realize you have an issue (usually you had tried to purchase gems more than once).Search for all the common fixes and try them: clear cache, reset router/game/pc, disable antivirus/firewall, give 10,000 uncommon dyes to the mystic toilet*.Search for all the post regarding this issue and comment your issue.Realize you need to make a costumer support ticket.Wait 24 hrs and start looking for gw2 support team response times and notice everyone says more than 3 days.Try again step 2 (maybe mixing the common fixes a bit), that will probably take you to step 1.Make your own new discussion.Wait some more while you consider if wasting money in the game is worth.Eventually get an answer from support, telling you to wait some more while they check your issue.Follow instructions from support and finally get your problem fixed.Try to remember what was that thing you wanted to buy.*Mystic toilet fix hasn't been tested, this guide just mention it but does not recommend it nor encourage it.Note: This experience may vary from past/present/future interactions with costumer support.
